“Creativity is thinking up new things. Innovation is doing new things.” — Theodore Levitt
If you had a single sheet of 3/4″ plywood what would you do with it? Yep, I’d do the same; make a spaceship. Well there is an innovative camper who has made a camp table out of a single sheet of plywood and shared his plans.
The table is easy to assemble, stable, and pretty light-weight. Since I tend to avoid campgrounds, a spot to eat is always on the mind. Usually that eating place is just a plate in my lap in a camp chair. But what if you wanted to play cards or socialize with other campers around hot chocolate and some stories? This table has to be the answer.
I haven’t made one yet but I think I’d like to do it sometime. The idea of having a table next to the jPod’s galley while camping in the middle of nowhere at 9,000 feet is appealing.
Here are the plans:
This table has me trying to think up other things that could be made from a single sheet of plywood. hmmmm…….
