By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.
All goods and digital products listed on the Website include current pricing. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or other fees. We may correct pricing errors or update prices at any time without notice.
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as
PayPal

Stripe.
We do not collect or store your billing information. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You may cancel an order any time before it ships by emailing
support@overlandtrailer.com.
No cancellation fee applies for cancellations before shipment. Any item you wish to return after it has shipped must follow our returns policy on the
Shop FAQ and Policies page.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (for example, due to suspected fraud, unavailability of items, or pricing inaccuracies). If we cancel your order, we will notify you within 3 business days and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase or within 14 days of delivery by emailing
support@overlandtrailer.com.
Partial or Complete Refunds after delivery are granted only when:
Refunds are not available for items that do not fit a customer’s build, or for items that have been used, modified, or installed. DIY customers are responsible for verifying compatibility for their projects.
Digital Products and Online Courses
Digital products, including plans, videos, schematics, downloads, and online courses, are non refundable once purchased.
To receive a refund for eligible physical items, you must return the item(s) at your expense to the address below. Returned items must be packaged securely and are subject to inspection to confirm refund eligibility.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders ship within a reasonable timeframe unless otherwise noted. If a third-party carrier is used, that carrier’s terms apply in addition to ours. See the
Shop FAQ and Policies page for expectations around tracking, damaged shipments, stolen packages, and backorders.
Carrier Responsibility and Product Defects
Once an order is tendered to the carrier, delivery handling is the responsibility of the carrier. Claims related to carrier handling, including carrier-caused damage during transit, are subject to the carrier’s terms and any applicable shipping insurance.
Product defects are our responsibility. If an item is defective upon arrival, contact
support@overlandtrailer.com and we will work with you on a resolution in accordance with these Terms and our Shop FAQ and Policies page.
Some purchases may require advance payments to cover material or production costs. If you or Overland Trailer cancels the order, the advance payment will be refunded in full.
All products and services are sold “as is.” No warranty, express or implied—including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—applies to items sold on the Website. DIY customers should verify compatibility before purchase.
Users must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. We may terminate accounts at our discretion.
The Website and its content are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Braxos Film LLC d/b/a Overland Trailer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or products. In all cases, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Overland Trailer for the specific transaction at issue.
